Sarah Green
Director
Sarah Green is a hotel finance professional with expertise in funding and developing hotels. Sarah has worked at both Barclays and RBS where she specialised in development finance for branded hotels. Most recently, she was Development Director for Hilton working with developers and investors to grow Hilton’s brands across the UK. Sarah’s extensive experience in hotel lending, hotel brands and the negotiation of Franchise & Management Agreements gives her unique insight into the needs of all stakeholders involved in financing hotels.

Neil Parry
Director
Neil Parry has significant knowledge of managing hotel debt propositions and structuring deals across a range of business types. As Managing Director of RBS/Natwest Hotels & Leisure Sector, he oversaw a £2bn portfolio of loans. Previous to this his roles included National Head of Hospitality & Leisure and Regional Credit Director at Barclays. Neil has extensive debt structuring experience having previously been a partner in a debt advisory business and has more recently been consulting on the government backed coronavirus lending schemes.

Nigel Chapman
Director
Nigel Chapman has spent the past 30 years developing and operating a number of new hotel and resort brands. These include Alias Hotels, Luxury Family Hotels, Martinhal Resort and the 5 star Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare. He has bought or sold nearly 50 hotels and raised debt and equity of over £250m in this time. Nigel remains actively involved in the industry with the Kingfisher Group and is currently progressing over £150m of resort development.

Tony Nares
Director
Tony Nares’ career as a Financial Director in the hospitality sector spans four decades. He is known for his expertise in entrepreneurial environments, having worked with fully listed PLCs, Private Equity and private ownership enterprises. Tony has experience with hotel brands ranging from budget to 5 star, including Alias Hotels, Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Cliveden, Best Western, and the Mercure franchise, as well as high profile private properties.
